At the Zone we offer the best and largest studios in the area with Full air conditioning, conditioning mirrors and with an enviable range of equipment keeping classes varied and motivating.
Our studios are equipped with over 40 Steps, 20 Spin Bikes, extensive hand weights, kettlebells and 2 full pump sets as well a Body Bars. We also have a wide range of tube bands, Pilates bands, and double ring bands with varying intensity as well as Pilates rings, Foam rollers over 30 Fit balls and Bender balls. Additionally, we have a full range of boxing equipment Inc. bags, glove pads and skipping ropes as well as Battle ropes agility ladders etc.
STEP– Using a height adjustable platform, this class builds step combinations giving a execellant fat burning routine burning between 30-60% more calories.
SPIN Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. You will be motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music.
VR SPIN As above but with onscreen instruction choose from a variety of workouts.
FATBURNER A rhythmic aerobic exercise class that will raise your heart rate to give you a full body workout. Performing to motivating music with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.
BOUNCE N BURN A fantastic combination of heart pumping routines on and off the trampoline, using steps, fitball or traditional fat burning routines.
CARDIO COMBAT A high energy workout using martial art and fight based moved choreographed to motivating music.

KETTLEBELLS This type of training will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. Great for the arms, shoulders, back, legs and core!
FITBALL A core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability co-ordination and balance. Fitball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment.
GORGEOUS GLUTES This 30 minute class focuses exclusively on the glutes. Using squats, lunges, leg lifts, and floor exercises, we will intensively work those butts!
